- - New game mode Fish Racing! Race against the Old Man In the Lighthouse to see who can catch 6 different fish the quickest. He’s fishing away even while you’re in the menus, so you have to think quickly about where to catch the target fish and hop around the island to hook them.
If you want to boost the size of your catches even more, there’s a free link in the Village Shop to download the Parachute Ninja Free version, which will give all the fish in the game a bit of a cake boost and increase the maximum size of your catches a bit!

Play against your friends over the local Network, and show off your biggest catch via email using the built-in “Brag” feature. Play in ‘Quest’ Mode, where you must help the Old Guy in the Lighthouse with his new job running the Island’s virtual aquarium by catching fish. There is also an unlockable ‘eXtreme Fishing’ Mode, where you can hook much bigger fish, but with more skill required to reel them in.
